Who we are

Sierra grew up cooking at her family’s french creperie and has been running her food truck Full Moon Crepes out of Ashland for more than five years. Her family heritage inspired Full Moon Crepes, and now Le Petit. Sierra and her partner Dax’s mission is to bring quality and community to Water Street, creating a meeting spot and hub, a space to grab a bite to go or to settle in and enjoy the environment, a community corner.
